I think it is disgusting that Peter Hyatt has participated in a YouTube video with Richard D Hall ( a known conspiracy nut ) branding Kate and Gerry MacCann as liars and using material sent to him to anaylise, which transcript from an interview.
Peter Hyatt has a strong following on YouTube and saying ‘ I believe Kate held Maddie’s dead body ‘ is in my opinion wicked behaviour.
Peter Hyatt has not anaylised an official statement without prejudice because doing so after ten years proves how bias he really is.With so many slanderous theories how can he possibly be making a professional judgement, and why the need to tell the world?
Shame on you using Kate and Gerry to promote your business and sell your training!
How can a statement anaylist make assumptions on what happened?
I hope you are prepared to put your career on the line with what you have said because if this case does get solved everyone will remember how wrong you are and your career will be over!

Those are stark allegations for sure, and you seem to be quite confident they reflect reality. For the most part, I can follow your argument, and I have a feeling you are right, but I wondered if it factored in your analysis at all that the McCanns apparently (I don’t follow this case) had done lots of interviews before the one you analyzed. Would this not change the way the McCanns talk about their tragic case? They would have already said the obvious things over and over again, so why repeat them?
Even considering that though, I still find you are making a convincing case. And if they really don’t know whether their daughter is alive, I would think they’d try everything to find them – even turn to the viewers of the interview directly for the slight change there might be a witness amongst the viewers. And perhaps after a couple of years of fruitless efforts and lost hope, they would decide they cannot take it anymore, basically tearing open their wound every time they are interviewed. In other words: Either they’d be on TV calling on anyone for hints and actually doing something that could lead to their daughter’s discovery, or they’d be gone from the public eye. But they would not be indulging in nostalgia, as I think you rightfully label it.
One more point: You must be aware that your speaking publicly – which I found very interesting btw – can actually be used by notorious liars and criminals to prepare for interrogations and such. Perhaps one cannot turn oneself into a “perfect liar” by trying not to fall into the traps you present, but a liar trained by a video of yours could potentially be much harder to spot.
The need to presuade is strong in this one!
I saw these and was enthralled, Peter put theory into practice and concluded as the majority of objective thinking minds would agree. He was fabulous. If you’ve not got anything constructive to say and in an adult way then don’t!

I first came across Hyatt Analysis from the video that was mentioned- which was fascinating to watch since I never knew such a thing was possible- at least not with such precision. It’s true Richard Hall has a rather different perspective on the world, but as Peter said in the video, he aspired only to be a scientist of words. In fact because he welcomes any and all forms of subject matter, as long as there was an author, was more impressive because it shows he’s not hiding behind any kind of social constructs of credibility.

I have watched your videos on the Mccann case and think you are amazing!
I am confused with some parts such as when someone refers to the word of “used to do something”, in some way it kind of places them as having knowledge of what happened but that not always the case. For example like when the Soham girls went missing and Ian (the man responsible) used the word used to do this and that ….. and this caught the news interviewers attention. However just because someone uses past tenses language doesn’t always mean they are guilty and I know you don’t imply that is always the case.
In the Mcann interview, when Kate remembered the night as “very vivid” she would have done because that was the night according to them their daughter went missing. In the same way I think nearly everyone can remember what they were doing on the day of 9/11. Just because the memory is very vivid doesn’t mean they are guilty.
Please don’t think I am criticising your work I agree with your conclusions and analysis and I have an interest in psychology and what you have done I think is AMAZING!
It really picks apart what really happened and that is what people want, the truth. I had to speak to a psychologist to help me deal with my autism and he always said the words people use, can tell you alot about the person just by the things they don’t say- I could relate during your Analysis.
Alot of the public think the mccans are guilty now but sadly they aren’t in prison. PS anyone who disagrees with that, that’s okay but it is my opinion ( I said a lot of the public not everyone)

I just watched the full YouTube interview where Mr. Hyatt analyzes the McCann case and was riveted. He says that it’s only his opinion and that it’s based on the McCann’s own words. It was thoughtful and insightful. This man is impressive, an expert in the field.
Another expert is Pat Brown, a criminal profiler, and her analysis of the physical evidence in the case matches the conclusions Peter Hyatt arrived at.
